• Manage franchise leads, emails & calls
• Coordinate onboarding & daily support
• Ensure communication & SOP compliance

Requirements:

• Min. 6 months industry experience
• Organized, courteous, multitasker
• Basic computer & CRM knowledge

Receptionist (Female Preferred)

• Booking appointments over phone, in-person & online
• Update patient medical history & demographic info
• Experience in dermatology will be preferred

Requirements:

• Proficient in English
• Strong communication & interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service & scheduling

Trichologist

• Min 2 years experience performing hair transplants
• Perform & supervise hair transplant treatments
• Counsel patients on scalp-related hair conditions

Cosmetologist

• Experience in Laser Hair Reduction, Q-switched Laser, Peels & other treatments
• Perform & supervise cosmetology procedures
• Counsel patients & train staff on lasers & skin procedures

Dermatologist

• Experience in laser procedures, dermatology surgeries, peels, mesotherapy, thread lift etc.
• MBBS + PG in Dermatology (MD, DNB, DVD) from MCI-recognized college
• Sound clinical knowledge
